ANSI Pump Sump System
Power Zone was contracted to build a small custom sump pump package. Utilizing a used ANSI pump and several components, the package was rebuilt, assembled, and delivered in only three weeks.
The package mounted directly to a 24 inch 150# ANSI flange on top of an underground tank. Self-lubricated with the pumping product, the package is virtually maintenance free. Shipped fully assembled, the system was ready to go when it arrived on site.
The 7.5 HP IEEE 841 electric motor was able to provide 35 PSI and 100 GPM at the outlet of the system. It is currently being used in Eastern Colorado.
